Cease-fire in Syria: the Washington Post

So the Washington Post expressed doubt that the cease-fire in Syria would hold because it said that the regime would continue to bomb.  Yet, it mentioned in passing this: "In Astana, where the three international powers are overseeing peace talks, the announcement caused a ruckus in the rebel delegation, with one top commander shouting, “See you on the battlefield!”"  And this is a US-approved moderate rebel commander, mind you.
