The US and Muslim Brotherhood

I don't know if the US Congress will conduct hearings about the Muslim Brotherhood but will they review the past history and present of US assistance and arming of the Brotherhood?  As recently as the Obama administration, branches of the Muslim Brotherhood in Syria and Libya (and earlier in Iraq) received arms and money from the US government. Will that be reviewed?  In the Cold War, when Arab leftists were on the side of the USSR, the Muslim Brotherhood was on the side of the Saudi regime and the US.  Will those services be forgotten?
