What Islamists and others saw in the Trump speech in the Middle East

This Saudi professor of communication is widely followed on Twitter.  He is rather sympathetic to Turkish government and Muslim Brotherhood (and subsequently to Qatari regime).  He makes a point that Trump's declaration of war on "radical Islamic terrorism" was linked to biblical passages in his speech.  People in the region also know of Rev. Franklin Graham's hateful speech against Islam, as a religion.
