What the Aleppo deal exposed about Western media, academia, governments, and human rights organizations

It basically reminded those who deliberately forgot that there were two towns, Fu`a and Kafrayya, Look and search: you won't find one article or even tweet devoted to the plight of Fu`a and Kafrayya, which have been subjected to indiscriminate shelling by Syrian rebels and to tight sieges.  The people of Fu`a and Kafrayya never registered in the hollow consciousness of the West.  In fact, the media of Syrian rebels ("moderate" and non-moderate alike) often called for resorting to more brutal tactics against them and even for the use of chemical weapons and genocide.
