Obama on responsibility for the blood in Syria

"Responsibility for this brutality lies in one place alone, with the Assad regime and its allies, Russia and Iran".  So Obama does not believe that ISIS or Nusrah or other rebels are responsible for one death in Syria. This is an American license for all rebels to perpetrate more war crimes.
