So who is fighting ISIS in Syria?

I noticed this on social media: if you maintain that Russia and the Syrian regime and its allies have indeed fought ISIS in Syria, you are immediately accused of supporting the Asad regime and its crimes.  But then again: these have been the typical ploys of Syrian rebels and their propaganda offices.
