Liz Sly and her method of documentation on Syria

Liz Sly merely reproduces whatever is disseminated on social media by Gulf-funded Syrian rebel propaganda mouthpiece.  Look at this passage here about casualties of Russian bombing: "Altogether, more than 3,000 civilians have been killed in Russian airstrikes in the year since they were launched, human rights monitors said Friday. They gave slightly differing numbers, with the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights putting the toll at 3,804 and the Syrian Network for Human Rights at 3,624."  Look how the paragraph begins by citing "human rights monitors" and then informs us that they are none other than Gulf regime funded outlets, which never shares its methods of counting of Russian bombing, and which is notorious for never keeping a tally of civilian casualties of US bombing, on the assumption that US bombs and rockets don't kill.
