Balanced expression of sympathy of victims in the Middle East

The polarization in the Middle East is such, that only partial expression of sympathy for victims is permitted.  Thus, Western correspondents in the Middle East sympathize with people in East Aleppo but not in Sanaa.  Similarly, media of Hizbullah and Iran sympathize with people in West Aleppo but not in East Aleppo.  All Syrians are victims of the bombing by all those who are intervening in Syria (including internal armies and militias and rebels) just as Yemenis are victims of members of the entire US-Saudi coalition.
