Is Shimon Peres anti-Semitic?

Shimon Peres was interviewed this week in Hebrew in the supplement of Yedioth Ahronoth.  In the interview, Peres and the interviewer discuss at length whether Israel is showing features of fascism.  This discussing of fascist features in Israel would earn anyone in the US the label of anti-Semitism.  And while American Zionists still claim that Israel practices equality and that Arabs in Israel are full citizens, Peres (the former president and prime minister of the Zionist entity and a man with many massacres and war crimes on his resume) says: "you can't escape the feeling that of neglect and discrimination against Arabs".
