More than 90 US raid over Syria

Explain this to me.  US has launched over 93 raids in ten days over Syria. How come there are no tweets and youtube videos of women and children killed (and which get automatic and instant reportage from Western correspondents in Beirut)?  I mean in the case of Russian raids (and I oppose both, US and Russian intervention in Syria), the pictures of women and children are posted on social media before the Russian planes leave their bases.
