The use of chemical weapons by Jaysh Al-Islam

Jaysh Al-Islam didn't deny using chemical weapons and in fact it indirectly admitted its use.  And this is not the first time as there was the case of Ghutah.  Yet, US State Departments pretends it does not know about it.  A cover up if there is one.
