Amnesty International and executions around the world

AI includes special calculations in determining the number of executions in Iran but it does not do so in the case of Saudi Arabia: that it does not include among the executions the number of people shot by police there.  It also does not include the number of Americans who are shot by police as well in determining the number of executions in the US: "In 2015, The Post documented 990 fatal shootings by police, 93 of which involved people who were unarmed."  Of course, it does not at all count the executions-without-trial for the state of Israel.
