Western responsibility for the refugees

According to a figure I saw (attributed to HRW) 87% of refugees to Europe by sea are from Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan. All three countries suffered from devastating wars instigated and sponsored and prolonged and equipped and armed by US and its lousy allies.
