Police officer & his brother stabbed Arabic speaking teen

"Seventeen-year-old Karam Jarrah, who was stabbed twice, believes he was assaulted for speaking Arabic, local ABC affiliate KABC reports. An Illinois cop was among the three people arrested in connection with the attack. Officer Arthur Roman, 28, along with his brother, Martin, and his brother’s wife, Jessica, were charged with battery and assault with a deadly weapon, reports Chicago’s WLS."
