Police charged a Brooklyn resident with a hate crime after he allegedly chased four Muslim men in Marine Park on Saturday night while screaming “I want to see Arab blood in the streets.” James Samways, an Israeli American who works for the UPS, was arraigned Sunday and charged with menacing as a hate crime. Samways also allegedly shouted: “I am an Israeli! Go back to Mecca!” (thanks Basim)
