Nasser and his death

Sometimes I am convinced that the Americans/Israelis killed Nasser and other times I believe the account that his ill health was behind his early death.  No matter, how did this man sleep at night?  Imagine.  I was thinking about this all week.  If you have a clogged kitchen sink, it stresses you and may cause you insomnia.  Nasser had an incomparable burden: the Arab people wanted him to not only liberate Palestine but also to unite all the Arabs, and the Egyptian people wanted him to achieve a perfect socialist republic despite Western and Israeli economic wars on his regime, and the people of the developing countries also wanted him to defeat imperialism.  Just how was he able to sleep?
