Foreign Affairs

The last issue of Foreign Affairs is devoted to the Middle East.  Not one article in the issue is written by an expert of the region--unless you count businessmen who do business in the Middle East as trained experts of the region, and unless you count terrorism experts as Middle East experts.  Kid you not.
