Regarding my comment below about Mein Kampf being a best seller in the Arab world, according to a silly article in the Guardian, I remember ten years ago Netanyahu once claimed that his book was--you guessed it--a "best seller in the Arab world".  You can make any claim now about what is being a "best seller" in the Arab world.
