Saudi media are enthusiastically promoting this one article and ignoring all other articles that talk about the abysmal state of the Saudi economy.  But this article was written by someone with financial interests in Saudi Arabia and he was an advisor to the Saudi Ministry of Finance.  You may test him: ask him about beheading.
