The Zabadani deal: what Western human rights organziations and Western correspondents don't report

This will not be reported by Western correspondents in Beirut: so as Syrian regime and Hizbullah forces were advancing in Zabadani, pro-Saudi regime and pro-Qatari regime Syrian rebels started to indiscriminately shelling the civilians in two Shi`ite villages, Fu`a and Kafrayya. They basically took the civilians of the two villages hostages and negotiated for the safe evacuation of their fighters in return of the civilians of the two villages.
