Can someone explain to me how Hizbullah "continues to pose a threat to the US"?

"which would strengthen economic sanctions against Hezbollah, a terrorist organization that continues to pose a threat to the United States".  Can someone give me a non-political bullshit answer? How is Hizbullah continuing to pose a threat to the nuclear arsenal of the US?  Are Hizbullah jets still flying over US skies?  Now, even on the question of Israel: it is debatable whether Hizbullah poses a threat to Israel although its very defense and resistance is a threat to Israeli aggression and war planning not that Arab threats to Israeli occupation and aggression are not justifiable.   Israeli terrorist military leaders summon Western reporters and transmit through them threats to Lebanese civilians and you peddle propaganda about how Hizbullah is threatening both US AND Israel?
