So has Russia invdaded the Ukraine or not?

From a well-known correspondent (in a mainstream paper) who does not wish to be identified: "I thought Russia had already *invaded* Ukraine. Then why is Lamberto Zannier, secretary general of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OCSE) saying this on Sunday in Munich: “And if armaments appear from those [NATO] countries on the Ukrainian side, that will strengthen that narrative and *might* even push the Russians to take *a more direct role in the conflict*, because it might push Russia to see itself somehow threatened.” Here's a crack in the Western wall of lies."
