The Journalism of Nicholas Blanford: meet his sources on Hizbullah

"according to a wide range of political and diplomatic sources in Beirut":
"says Karim Sadjadpour, a senior associate of the Middle East program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace."
"According to Lebanese sources close to Hezbollah".
"says a Lebanese politician closely following Hezbollah’s financial problems".  Honestly, would any of you hire this guy for a job at a high school newspaper? (thanks Basim)

PS If those sources and this style of documentation is used for an article about Israel or about a Zionist organization, the person would not last for a week in the job and the foreign editor who allowed such an article to be printed will be fired at once.  Notice that at the end he does not tell you whether this politician who follows closely Hizbullahs financial affairs is a foe of the party in Lebanese politics.  This is like asking a communist in the US to comment about corruption in the Republican Party.
