Insulting Muslim is a gesture of "goodwill"

Although the sculpture offends Muslims worldwide, and although the US government and its supreme court are never known for their sensitivity toward Muslims, but we are told this offense is a "gesture of goodwill".  Day after day I realize: there are people in the West who really want to believe that Muslims are and will ever be idiots.
