Insulting Islam versus Insulting Judaism and Christianity

I like it when people say: but we do insult Judaism and Christianity just as we insult Islam. But forget about the question of the target audience and the standing of the different religions in different societies, the quality of attacks and insults are not the same.  This is like when Raphael Patai was compelled after producing his racist, The Arab Mind, to follow years later with The Jewish Mind and having wiped the floor with Arabs and calling Arab all Arab mothers child molesters, he said: that Jews are hard working and may have a weakness for alcohol. You see it in the discourse of Bill Maher in the US, or in the writings of Richard Dawkins.
