A Western correspondent in Kabul said that despite wearing heavy clothes, she felt naked. What are we to do for her? Have the US invade the country again?

"Despite being wrapped in many layers of modest clothing, I felt naked...But this winter, even as a frequent foreign visitor to Kabul, dressed modestly and with my head covered, I feel naked once again." Why can't those backward natives dress in a way that does not make this Western correspondent feel naked in their lands?
