"Correction: December 7, 2014
Because of an editing error, an earlier version of a picture caption with this article referred incorrectly to Adnan G. el-Shukrijumah. He was born in Saudi Arabia, but is not a Saudi citizen. In addition, because of an editing error, an earlier version of this article misidentified the source of an official statement on the death of Mr. Shukrijumah. It was from the Pakistani Army, not Inter-Services Intelligence, Pakistan’s spy agency. Because of another editing error, the article also misstated the number of aides to Mr. Shukrijumah who were killed. One was killed, not five. The article also referred incorrectly to the five Saudis at the compound at the time of the raid. They were captured, not killed, and the army described them only as of Saudi origin; it did not say they were men, and it is not known if they were."
