People who watched it reported to me. The King of Jordan was giving the Throne's Speech today when the members of his silly parliament totally ignored him and started to chatting rather loudly. The King had to interrupt his speech to ask the audience to listen to him. But don't be troubled: while no one listen to the king in "his own country", all Western leaders listen to this autocrats in their own capitals. Even Jordanian media are admitting the fiasco but blaming the royal guards.
