"the terrorist group known in the Arab world as Daesh — we do not use Islamic State, because the group is neither truly Islamic nor a state".  Someone should tell the brilliant Fabius that Da`ish (not Daesh) is simply the Arabic acronyms just as ISIS is the English acronym. So in Da`ish there is also "Islamic State".
