Survey of TV news habits by Syrians

This survey strikes me as unreliable and quite political and even dubious.  First, look at this transparent explanation of methodology: "Given the large numbers of displaced
people from all parts of Syria, existing population data cannot be considered reliable, which makes it impossible to construct a survey that is truly representative of the actual situation
in Syria. However, the survey was constructed to be as inclusive and unbiased as possible and can therefore provide invaluable indicative insights into Syrian media behavior that will translate into more appropriate media for development interventions." As inclusive and unbiased as possible? How? Can you explain? Or does this explain it better: "The publication ‘Syria Audience Research’ is produced by Media in Cooperation and Transition gGmbH with support from the German Federal Foreign Office.

MiCT is financed and supported by the German Federal Foreign Office, the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, UNESCO, UNIFEM, UNAMI, UNDP, the DOEN Foundation, DFID, the Bosch Foundation, DAAD, the Belgian Foreign Office..."  OK, thanks. All are "inclusive and unbiased".
