Israeli government helped draft the statement by Ban Ki-Moon about Israeli war crimes in Gaza

"...Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, who told the Security Council in a letter that Israel had “constructively engaged throughout this process.”  WikiLeaks subsequently reported that an Israeli delegation had helped draft Mr. Ban’s letter. His office said it could not comment on leaked reports."
