I mean, really. This amounts to a spectre of anti-Semitism in Europe?

"In Frankfurt on Thursday, the police said, a beer bottle was thrown through a window at the home of a prominent critic of anti-Semitism."  And there are Muslims who are being beaten and harassed throughout Europe and no one in the US media talks about a climate of anti-Islam there.  I am sensitive of course to anti-Semitism and insist that it be eradicated from the world, and especially from the ranks of pro-Palestinian camp but sometimes the New York Times just goes way too far.  An article using a beer bottle thrown as evidence of rising Nazi anti-Semitism? These analogies to Nazi Germany actually insult the victims of Nazi Germany.
