The Arab world and the rest of the world

"Yet none is unique to Arab countries. Three-quarters of the world has suffered colonial rule".  The rest of the world does not have Israel, and the rest of the world does not have regular war visits by the US and its Western allies.  The rest of the world does not have as much oil as the Middle East.
