Is Human Rights Watch now joining the Saudi sectarian war in the Middle East?

Look at this headline by Human Rights Watch:  "Iran: Halt Execution of 33 Sunnis ".  Why was the sectarian affiliation of the convicts mention? I don't recall that Human Rights Watch ever identify the sectarian affiliation of victims of Israeli aggression and violence? You never read in Human Rights Watch report such headlines as: "Israel: Halt Murder of tens of Muslims and Christians"?  The headline is also misleading in another way: those individuals were convicted of murdering a Sunni.  Why is not in the headline?

PS Of course, I fierce oppose the injustice system of Iran and the ruling regime there but to see a human rights organization joining in the language and discourse of vulgar media is quite something.
