Incoherence of Israeli propaganda

Several Arabs are pointing out the contradictions in Israeli propaganda claims. On the one hand Israel raises a hue and cry over the rockets from Gaza and the "need" to launch a devastating savage war to end them, and on the other hand Israel claims that it is intercepting more than 90% of them. Which is true?
