Human Rights Watch and its lousy standards

So Human Rights Watch now considers any missile fired by any Palestinian to be war criminal because it is not accurate enough (Human Rights Watch lauds the accuracy of the Israeli terrorist army in killing and injuring almost 1000 Palestinians (70% of whom are civilians according to the UN).  Does that mean that Human Rights Watch will call on the US to equip the Palestinian resistance with the same weapons that Israel has?
