Carnegie Endowment for international Western wars

Do you notice that Carnegie is rather silent about Palestinian affairs? I know that the Syria topic is a cash machine for such organizations but there is not even a semblance of coverage. I doubt that they will hold panels (as they did about Syria) in which they discuss what are the best weapons to equip Palestinian resistance groups.
