traffic jam in Beiurt

All Western correspondents in Beirut were keen on informing their readers that the uncivilized Syrian voters in Beirut caused a traffic jam.  I am waiting to see if any of them will report that John Kerry's convoy (typical of visits by US officials) caused a terrible traffic problem in Beirut.
