Syrian exile opposition and ISIS

Have you noticed: if the Syrian regime does not happen to be fighting ISIS in a certain area of Syria, the Syrian exile opposition (and their cheerleaders in the Beirut offices of WP and NYT) maintain that ISIS was created by the regime. And when the regime fights ISIS in another location, the same people cry: the Syrian regime is engaged in a sectarian war on Sunnis.  Kid you not.
