collapse of the Iraqi Army: the US media adjusts

For years, US media (under Bush and under Obama) were regaling us with stories about the US military was able to create a professional and capable Iraqi army and that the Iraqi military would stand on its own feet to do the job. Within days, the coverage switched.  (Of course, the US military is blameless).
