UN Human Rights councils

Name the place where the US is having problems, and the UN Human Rights Council will produce a report showing that enemies of the US are grossly violating human rights.  The UN Council found evidence of human rights violation in Crimea over a few weeks period but found no evidence of human rights violation in, say, Saudi Arabia or Egypt?
