From Angry Arab's correspondent in Turkey: "This is my report about an alleged chemical attack in Tal al-Jabiyeh... The video uploaded on 26th of April, shows Al-Qaeda linked Al Nusra Front's takeover the military complex in the southwestern Daraa, just 8 kilometers from Israel. http://haber.sol.org.tr/dunyadan/kimyasal-saldirinin-kaniti-youtubedan-haberi-91751 (Includes the video)
The video attracted my attention since I saw some gas masks near bodies of soldiers with darkened faces and no injuries. I asked the opinions of two experts and they all said “It is impossible to determine if it was a CW attack or not" but first hand evidences that took their attentions seem all convenient with a CW attack.
One of them -preffered not to be named- is an ex-Turkish Army General. Worked many years in Greece border and was trained on CW attacks. He said, there is no sign for a huge -for to takeover such a huge base and killing score of soldiers requires so- armed clash. Instead, soldiers were killed and lie on ground randomly. Some of them had gas masks nearby... “They might be either gassed or poisoned” he said. “The gas masks show that either they were informed about a possible CW attack or anticipated it after breathing the agent” he said.
The Forensic expert Ekim Nehir told me that no injuries of bullet or shrapnel took his attention. “I see darkened faces with blisters, possibly suffocation caused these deaths” he said.
Tal al-Jabiyeh military complex has been under attack for over months, after US started “Geneva-Houran” operation in south to corner Assad. In March, The National claimed that, with rebels closing in on the fortified bunker at the Tal Al Jabiyeh military complex in south-western Deraa, military and intelligence officers from the US, Europe and Arab states who staff a clandestine operations room in Amman, scrambled to make sure the weapons inside did not fall into the hands of Al Qaeda-affiliated rebels http://www.thenational.ae/world/middle-east/siege-of-syrian-arms-depot-exposes-chemical-weapons-fears#page1
Note that it was overruned by militants after OPCW declared %86 of Syrian chemical weapons were transferred outside the country.
To be fair, I don't know what happened there and as experts stated “It's impossible to determine a CW attack with watching a video” However, think about a little bit, if Syrian army overruned a rebel controlled town and a video showed militants lie on ground without injuries but dark faces, what would be the reaction of western media? I think they would have found dozens of “experts” to prove Syrian army used CW against rebels. "

PS I can't tell how credible this is as I can't tell how credible Western claims are.
