US aid to the Lebanese Army: Motor Oil

I am not making this up.  In addition to used military vehicles, the US government has donated a "container of motor oil" to the Lebanese Army.  With this kind of military assistance, Lebanon really does not need a resistance movement.  If only they also provide the Lebanese Army with washer fluid for the vehicles, Lebanon would be set to face off against any act of military aggression by Israeli occupation state.
