Hariri International Court of Injustice in the Hague

What kind of a joke is this US-inspired court?  In what kind of democracy would this court be allowed to function for all those years? And what kind of a mandate does this foreign court has to permit it to prosecute journalists in Lebanon on charges of defaming its reputation? This is Ba`thist court founded by the US and Israel.
