Boutros Harb in the Wall Street Journal

This article on Lebanese Minister, Boutros Harb, reads like a press release from his office.  I told Brooke that she offered no counter point of view.  Every new minister of Telecommunication promises to turn things upside down and to shake the earth underneath.  What is new about those empty promises of guy who was an ally of the Syrian regime until 2005, when he joined the March 14 movement?  A guy who was the official lawyer of Al-Madinah Bank, which symbolized the corruption of the Syrian intelligence service in Lebanon.  And the guy wants to be president, which makes his claims less credible.
