Barrel bombs versus car bombs: that is the war between war criminals in Syira

Notice that whenever the rebels suffer a defeat on the battle field in Syria they respond with car bombs and grad missile shelling.  This is a war in which both sides are equally criminals--although I am aware that the the UN official on human rights yesterday declared that the "atrocities" by the rebels are rather mild.  Kid you not.
