From Ali, the chief Angry Arab correspondent in Turkey: "SNC leader Ahmad Jarba who has been begging western countries, to arm the "moderate rebels against Al Qaeda threat" toured Kassab front in northern Latakia countryside. 3
This front was opened in 21th of March by al-Qaeda linked groups like Ahrar ash-Sham, Al Nusra Front as well as some hardcore Salafi-Taqfiri groups like Sham al-Islam and Ansar al-Islam and dubbed as "Anfal offensive".
After 6 days of the severe clashes Al-Nusra, which is the leading force still in the front- announced that "No secular FSA brigades took part in the Anfal offensive" via its social media accounts.
So obviously, Jarba has visited his al-Qaeda linked friends, while western media outlets published eulogies to praise him as "moderate leader that fights against both al-Qaeda and Assad regime".
PS: In August while same groups, including Islamic State of Iraq and Sham were attacking Alawites' villages in northeast of Latakia countryside under the name of "Aisha the mother of all believers" ex-FSA chief Salim Idriss visited the front and just after a few days he called western countries "to arm them against al-Qaeda that was serving Assad regime"
