When does Anne Barnard refer to Syrian "rebels" as "insurgents"?

Well, it seems that when Ms. Barnard refer to acts of kidnapping, ransom, and criminality by the rebels that she refers to them as "insurgents" as in:  "last spring. Thirteen Syrian nuns had been held hostage by insurgents in Yabrud until last week".
