The Saudi Sublime Porte

Who noticed that the recent Saudi decree banning piratically any thought that deviates from Saudi Wahhabi royal thought referred to the King not as "Servitor of the Two Holy Sites (and IKEA store, of course)" as "Al-Maqam Al-Karim" (or Noble Porte or Stature).  Is this like the Sublime Porte of the Ottoman Empire?
