Tatars and the Nazis

Lately Western media have been maintaining that Stalin unfairly accused the Tatars (or some of them) of collaborating with the Nazis. But as comrade Joseph Massad reminds me: that is not an unfair accusation. There were cases of collaboration and Hajj Amin Husseini did tour among East European Muslims to agitate for the Hitler's cause and his broadcast aimed at mobilizing the Tatars.  So Stalin was not unfair in the accusation after all (not approving the deportation but those deportations were less cruel than Zionist deportation of Palestinian people, for sure).  At least the Tatars were able to return to their home.
